● MouthFeedBack – Excerpt [2:55]

I'm holding a small microphone between my lips. Due to the automatic level of the recorder the sounds are amplified unnaturally. The more quiet my breathing becomes the louder it seems. When my breath finally has stabilized feedback is generated via the loudspeaker. I’m shaping the sound in my mouth and the feedback tone is modulated. I made several sound recordings in 2003. This mix version from 2007 visualizes some of my attempts.
